These elements of transformation can be related particularly to economy and culture.

[Economy: the management of the resources of a community, country, etc., especially with a view to its productivity. Culture: a particular form or stage of civilization, as that of a certain nation or period; behaviors and beliefs characteristic of a particular social, ethnic, or age group.]

Economy and culture are intimately intertwined. Every world-wide revolution has been centered around re-inventing these two things in some way. In this process, new ways of managing resources and defining behaviors and beliefs are imperative.

This is what we, the people, are doing today. Because we became complacent and dependent upon corporate, financial and government structures, we lost our pioneer and entrepreneurial perspective of life. We traded inventing our lives for the stability of “the job”. Now that those structures are no longer reliable nor particularly concerned about our well-being, it is time to create life with a different vision and from a new perspective.

As with all major revolution, we are required to “think out of the box.” We are moved to change our conscious awareness of how we manage resources and what behaviors support the new vision. We at Campden Enterprises LLC call this  Conscious Culture™.

[Conscious: aware of one's own existence, sensations, thoughts, surroundings, etc.]

A conscious culture begins with each person being willing to shift their perception of how and what works in a new environment. This may be changing an out-dated perspective of

-“working for a salary” or
-Expecting “benefits” and retirement funds or
-Waiting for the employer to make life easy again or
-Expecting the government to fill in the voids or
-Waiting for the old ways to return, etc.

We now know that jobs, salaries, retirement funds, life as it was, and government bail-outs are not predictable avenues to provide security for the people. We might even go a step further and indicate that security as we have known it does not exist anymore. Therefore, this is our opportunity to re-invent our lives, create our own security and remember our pioneering spirit.

Conscious Culture is the coming together of other people to encourage, support and create new business together with authenticity, honesty and transparency. There is no place for jealousy, greed, domination, gaining at the expense of others within this paradigm. This is an outgrowth of the current world-wide revolution. Join us in this exciting transformational shift in perception and action in your world.

It is mass consciousness that leads the way of what most people focus on; i.e., news media, television, video games, fashion, conspiracy theories, anything promoting the old way of control and domination, etc.. In a new world where we recognize the power of exponential numbers, the more of us that focus on a new day and a new time and a new world, the faster and easier new ways of being show up.

We DO have the power to change our changing world into the direction that is more life-giving, more appreciative, more nurturing, more joyful, more fulfilling. This time in our world is one of those times when we have more opportunities than we have had in a very long time. The last great change like this was the Great Depression. All of us have an opening to create lives that fuel our spirit.

Consider this time as a blessing to either allow or force us to create ourselves NEW. Look forward to each day as a new day offering us new beginnings. Stop focusing on what is wrong and bad. Start finding the excitment of  the new ways to love life. Each of us has something that makes our heart beat faster with passion for life.

It seems as if this blossomed suddenly globally as a protest against the financial institutions and governments. And yet, this has been brewing for some time. You would think that the people in government would be paying attention. I’m wondering what it will take for those people to wake and “smell the coffee”.

I imagine that most of us knew when the government bailed out the banks that this was not the answer. For some odd reason, the government did not recognize that. It was obvious that the banks were going to use the bail out for their own salvation when the ”big wigs” got huge bonuses and they raised interest rates up to 30% the day before the government put a cap on it.

And now the downfall of the financial illusion is happening in almost every country. Dictators are being defeated, governments are defaulting, banks are insanely expecting to continue by putting the squeeze on the people, natural calamities are occurring everywhere, etc, etc.  This is the beginning of the birthing a new economy and a new world. And all the control and domination of humanity cannot stop it.

This feels like the kind of revolution in America in the 1700′s, the revolution across Europe in the early 1900′s that de-throned royalty, and the civil rights revolution in the 1960′s. It is unmistakable that a new world is immerging! For this we can be excited and grateful.

When something old and out-dated does not go by the wayside voluntarily, the wave of freedom WILL create its downfall. That is human nature. Those that think they can continue the imprisonment of the people have a long way to fall. I have compassion for their soul because that fall is not going to easy. In fact, it could be really ugly for them. You know, that thing called karma wields a really big stick.
